The Delaware Medical Relief Team (DMRT) in association with Hands-International is providing immediate medical care to the people of the hurricane-ravaged island of Dominica, a sovereign island in the Caribbean. The 2nd team is leaving today, Oct 17. The 1st team was accompanied by the Delaware News Journal to document the needs and stories of the people as well as the efforts and needs of the volunteers.
